Conference Registration

Being part of The Notary Event of the Year is easy — and you will find the Annual NNA Conference an experience filled with learning, discovery, and networking with the best and brightest Notaries Public from around the country. The National Notary Association has made it simple to choose the registration option that’s best for you:

Full Conference: $498 (or $598 for Non-NNA Members) This includes access to the Welcome Reception on Monday evening, General Sessions and all Workshops and materials Tuesday through Thursday, the Gala Banquet on Wednesday evening, and the Farewell Event on Thursday evening.

Single Day Pass: $175 (or $250 for Non-NNA Members) The day pass will provide access to all learning activities for any one day, including the General Session and Workshops. Entry to the Welcome Reception, the Gala Banquet or Farewell Event are not included.

Pre-Conference Workshops: $99 each The National Notary Association has developed specific workshops created for Notaries looking for even more educational opportunities at the Conference.  This year, two of the Pre-Conference Workshops will be offered at no cost, however registration is required.

Guest Passes: Perfect for your Conference companion, the Guest Pass will not provide access to the General Sessions or Workshops, but does allow for the discovery of Chicago by day and the best of the NNA at night. A Full Guest Pass ($198) includes the Welcome Reception, Gala Banquet and Farewell Event) or the Gala Banquet Guest Pass ($125) providing access to the Gala only.

NNA Annual Conference Refunds and Cancellations: Requests for refunds must be received in writing, no eMails will be accepted. Only requests received prior to April 30, 2010 will receive a full refund. Refund requests received May 1 through May 22, 2010 will be assessed a $50 service charge. No refunds will be granted for requests received after May 23, 2010. This policy applies to Conference Registration, Guest Passes, Day Passes, and Excursions.*Offer valid on full Conference registration only.
