2008 Notary of the Year

Liz Adams has more than thirty years experience as a Notary and, in 2004, established her own company, ETA Mobile Notaries. An avid technophile, Adams co-authored an interactive electronic Notary Signing Agent Log and is a strong proponent and practitioner of eNotarization. She also teaches Notary classes and has created a mock-closing workshop — a hands-on approach to help new Signing Agents understand how to conduct loan signings.

Honored as the NNA’s 2008 Notary of the Year, Adams regularly conducts highly informative workshops that teach new Notaries how to set up their own business, from start to finish. Additionally, she is active in urging legislators pass a law requiring mandatory recordkeeping for all Notaries in Florida. Adams is deeply involved in philanthropic projects — particularly the fight against cancer — through founding of the Cameron Frields Foundation, which eventually became the Cancer Foundation of Central Florida.
